available airline or web
airfare quote and we don't beat it, we
will fly you to your destination
for free.
Our Fly for Free Promise is more than a
marketing promise; it's our
promise to you our valued customer.
As part of our Fly for Free^ Promise, if
we can't find you a cheaper
airfare in the same booking class code*,
you'll fly for free! Subject
to availability, and offered for travel
departing from Dubai.
How it Works ...
- You find a scheduled†
airlines airfare that
is
available to UAE general public from
another UAE registered travel
agent, on-line travel agent or
airlines.
- Visit our Flight Centre office or
call a Flight
Centre travel consultant on the same
day you receive the quote.
- Show the Flight Centre travel
consultant dated
& printed confirmation of the
airfare quote.
- If Flight Centre is able to confirm
that the
airfare is still available to be
booked in the same booking class code†
as per our competitors quoted
itinerary, and we can't beat it, we'll
give you the flight for free.
- Full payment is required on the same
day that
Flight Centre is able to confirm that
the airfare is still available in
the same booking class code† as per
our competitors quoted itinerary.

If our Low Price Promise requires us
to beat your
airfare quote and we don't then you Fly
For Free.
If the Low Price Promise Criteria are met,
we will beat that price by
AED 10 and issue you with a AED 100
voucher, which can be redeemed for
future travel. If the Low Price Promise
Criteria are met and your
consultant does not beat your quoted price
you will receive your flight
free of charge. If this applies to you, or
if you are dissatisfied with
our service, please contact our Operations

and not Charter or Low Cost airlines,
for
travel originating from Dubai.
*Booking class code – a definition.
Different class code in all
economy, business and first class
cabins. For example, there may be
over 8 to 10 different class codes in
economy class such as V, S, M or Y
^Fly For Free will be honored if there
are seats still available to be
booked in the same cabin and same
booking class as per the itinerary
contained on the competitor's quote.
